The holidays are right around the corner and we want our students at the Salter School of Nursing and Allied Health to enjoy themselves and the quality time they spend with family and loved ones. If you’re feeling like a Grinch this season, then our guide can help you enjoy what the season of giving and love has to offer.

If you’re too stressed out with exams or taking care of patients, then take a moment. Make sure you are appreciating the spirit of the holidays. After all, it only comes once a year! Here are ways you can help yourself and others enjoy the holiday season.
